Seasons Soother is our small batch seasonal tea created to soothe the physical and spiritual imbalances in our bodies caused by the seasons changes.
Ingredients: Organically grown Calendula (calendula officinalis), Hibiscus flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa), Marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis), and Hibiscus Leaf. Cardamom (Elletaria cardamomum), Mace (Myristica fragrans)
Calendula flower is rich in antioxidants. Its medicine has been used ancestrally to support a healthy immune system and to offer protection and psychic strength.
Hibiscus flower is vitamin C and beta-carotene and was and still is often used for matters of the blood and to inspire love and passion.
Marshmallow root has sap-like antioxidant rich medicine that coats and soothes. It’s been used for centuries for its medicine and its love and fertility inducing Spirit.
Cardamom has calming properties and antioxidants that support a healthy immune response. It’s been used for centuries to inspire passion and bring clarity.
Mace is full of vitamin C and magnesium; both support a healthy immune system. Its magical properties have been used to increase psychic awareness.
Seasons Soother Medicinal Tea Blend
Shake the packaging the distribute herbs evenly. Steep 1 teaspoon of tea (or more for stronger flavor) in hot water for 5-10 minutes. Add your favorite sweetener...I personally recommend pure honey and enjoy.
Remember to compost your brewed tea leaves after use.
These herbs have an approximate 1 year shelf life if stored in a cool, dry place.
