An online gathering created to offer safe, calming somatic experiences, inspired by the renewing power of winter, nature's dark season. Discover the healing wisdom of the spirits of medicinal herbs and indulge in a different herb or herbal blend each session. Participants will receive a package of organically grown medicinal herbs for each Sacred Reset session.
